Description is a rapidly growing cloud hosting provider with 15 points of presence worldwide. Our company works with cutting edge technology to power some of the most popular web applications in the world.

We are seeking energetic and friendly people to join our customer management team at our new location in West Palm Beach, Florida. Must be able to cover at least one weekend day shift. Scheduling is flexible - 9 am to 5PM (8 hours) 5 days a week or 8 AM to 6PM (10 hours) 4 days a week

Day-to-day responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Engage customers and respond to account and billing related inquiries in our help desk ticket system
  • Process credits and refund authorizations
  • Interact with our engineering teams to report customer problems and improve our product
  • Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.


  • Clear communication Skills
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to cover both Saturday and Sunday a plus
  • Strong team-oriented work ethic
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles a plus
  • Desire to learn about our products and share your knowledge with customers
  • Positive attitude
